Greetings Voting Delegates,
 
I am moving the nomination of Sovaia Coalala, as I believe she has knowledge
and skills which will be very useful to add to the Board for the benefit of
PDF. Briefly, Sovaia has human resources qualifications as well as having
taught at the Fiji School for the Blind for several years. I also believe it
is important to promote female candidates.
