<p class="MsoNormal">Tropical disturbance (TD08F) was analysed to the south of Samoa near 17.3S 171.9W at 200300UTC. Position poor. It is expected to track southeast and be out of RSMC Nadi's Area of Responsibility by early Tuesday (25/02).

<p class="MsoNormal">Another low-pressure system is anticipated to develop to the north of Fiji tomorrow and is expected to track southeast.
