Dear CEO Seta,

It's very sad to hear this information. We lost our best friends,
disability advocate and activist, the late Ms. Angeline Chand. RHTO and
team sending our deepest condolences, love and prayer to Brother Alvis and
the family for the loss of his beloved mother.

We hope that, the late Ms. Angeline Chand, her legacies on disability
advocacator and experience will be inspiring us to work on the disability
sector. May her soul rest in peace.
